Refund policy
If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made within seven (7) days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags unaltered and attached. Items with any deodorant marks or makeup stains will not be accepted. **Shoes need to be returned in the original box with no damage. Hats, jewelry, belts, intimates, swimsuits, gift items, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.**
To start a return, you can contact us at thespottedphoenix@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be given. A return label will be provided at a flat rate of $10 (to be deducted from store credit) or the customer may use their own if preferred. If a Return Authorization number is given, please include this number with the return and send back within 7 days of receipt. Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if above criteria are not met. Return requests may take 1-3 days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Hats, jewelry, belts, intimates, swimsuits, gift items, sale items and gift cards are non returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are not guaranteed as the item may no longer be in stock.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive store credit only. If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from store credit.
