Shipping policy
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Private label merchandise (items marked with TSP) may take up to 5-10 business days for processing and shipping. During peak seasons/big sales processing and shipping times may increase. We ship items Monday through Friday. All orders placed on weekends will ship the following business day. We do not offer international shipping at this time, Please note: We are not responsible for any order that shows "DELIVERED" in shipment tracking. USPS/UPS/FedEx will not will honor a claim if they have marked the item delivered. Items may be shipped separately.
**All buyers must input accurate shipping information in order placement. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please note actual delivery time are subject to courier service and weather conditions.**
